Spouse/Partner Registration
MFA's spouse/partner registration is designed to allow significant others, not affiliated with the alternative investment industry, to join the conference festivities. Spouse/partner registrants are invited to attend all sessions and events.

Delegate badges must be worn and are required for all events.

Your Network 2012 registration includes entrance into the exhibit hall with more than 30 companies showcasing their products and services, general sessions, as well as to breaks, continental breakfasts, two luncheons and three evening receptions. All conference attendees will receive onsite information regarding speakers and sponsors. Spouse/partner registration includes admission to all events. Delegate badges are required for all events.

For immediate processing, online registration is the preferred method for all Network 2012 registrations. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, you must first complete the registration form. Your registration will not be activated until your payment is received at the MFA Office. This includes inclusion in the electronic networking service. Full payment must be received no later than January 20, 2012. Registration forms are available, please email conferences@managedfunds.org with your request.

Pre-Registration Closes January 23, 2012 5PM ET
If you register after January 23, 2012, 5PM ET, please report to the Network 2012 Registration Desk located at The Breakers. Onsite registration fees, noted above, will apply. For a registration form, please contact conferences@managedfunds.org.

Discounts for Sponsors
If your firm is supporting Network 2012, you and your firm's colleagues are eligible for a special discounted rate. Please contact Stacy Hudson at 202.730.2600 or conferences@managedfunds.org for your registration promo code.

**New Policy for Complimentary Conference Registrations
If your company received a complimentary registration(s), you must register prior to January 23, 2012 5PM ET. After January 23, 2012, 5PM ET, the number of complimentary registrations given will be available at $500 each whether you register online or onsite.

Spouse/Partner Policy
If you intend to have your spouse/partner accompany you to any of the networking events at Network 2012, including the cocktail receptions, registration is required and you must pay the appropriate spouse/partner registration fee.

Conference Delegate List is Now Electronic Networking

MFA is pleased to provide a new tool to reach delegates - it’s called Electronic Networking. This will replace the traditional conference delegate list.

Available exclusively for Network 2012 delegates, get instant access to the most updated Network 2012 information at the touch of your hand with the brand new MFA “electronic networking” system.

This easy-to-use desktop and mobile app will be available to all registered Network 2012 delegates and features a wide range of functionality, including the ability to create your agenda and schedule meetings, view updated delegate information and network with other Network 2012 delegates, exhibitor showcase, and receive important conference news and annoucements. Once you get logged in, you can begin making meeting requests, without waiting for a pre-registration list. New registrants will be uploaded at least twice weekly. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests received by MFA in writing on or before Friday, January 6, 2012, entitle the registrant to a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made unless the request is received in writing to MFA.

Written cancellation requests received between January 6 and January 20, 2012, will receive a full conference refund minus a $400 processing fee. No refunds will be made unless the request is received in writing.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Monday, January 20, 2012.

All cancellation requests will be processed and credited after Network 2012 concludes.
