MFA's special room rate for a standard king/queen is $189 plus applicable tax per room per night single/double occupancy.  SOLD OUT MOST NIGHTS 

Each conference registration is entitled to one hotel room reservation. Additional hotel reservations may be cancelled without notice.

All hotel reservations must be made by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 30, 2011. Registrations made after that date may be made available based on hotel's availability at the prevailing rate.

All room reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit equal to one night's room and tax. Hotel shall accept payment in the form of check, money order or major credit card with expiration date.

Check-In/Out Time - Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m., check-out time is prior to 12:00 Noon

If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so no less than ten (10) days prior to your date of arrival. If a reservation is cancelled within ten days of arrival, the full deposit may be forfeited.

If your hotel choice becomes sold out and you would like to be added to the wait list, please send your name, phone number, arrival/departure dates, names and number of persons sharing the room with you, if any, and the name of the requested hotel to: conferences@managedfunds.org.  If the hotel becomes available, you will be contacted and a credit card number and expiration will be required.
