Why You Should Exhibit The Network 2012 exposition provides an essential marketing and branding opportunity for service providers to connect with current and potential clients in the alternative investment industry. Exhibit Booths Exhibit booths include an 8' x 10' space, carpet, pipe and drape, one 6' skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket. Each booth package also includes two full-conference registrations and unlimited additional conference registrations (approx. 40% off the registration rate). You must return the signed Exhibit Space Application with payment to receive the rate.
Booth reservations can only be guaranteed once payment has been received, and booths will not be assigned until the fee has been paid.

Exhibit Floor Plan Please refer to the Exhibit Floor Plan and indicate your first, second, and third choice of location. Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. All booth fees must be paid in advance and must accompany your Exhibit Space Application. Booth reservations can only be guaranteed once payment has been received, and booths will not be assigned until the fee has been paid.
Exhibitor Service Kit An exhibitor service kit containing order forms and prices for services will be sent via email to each exhibitor approximately 30-45 days prior to Network 2012. Services that can be ordered include drayage, storage, additional carpeting and furniture, signs, cleaning, electrical, and installation and dismantling of exhibits (if desired). The official service contractor will maintain a service desk in the Exhibit Hall throughout set-up and tear-down of Network 2012.

Rules & Regulations

Exhibit cancellations received by November 1, 2011, will be refunded 50% of the exhibit fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after November 1, 2011.
Delegate cancellation requests received by MFA in writing on or before Friday, January 6, 2012, entitle the registrant to a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made unless the request is received in writing to MFA.
Delegate cancellation requests received by MFA in writing between January 7 and January 23, 2012, entitle the registrant to a full refund, minus a $400 processing fee. No refunds will be made unless the request is received in writing to MFA.
