Cancellation requests received by MFA in writing on or before Friday, January 6, 2012, entitle the registrant to a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made unless the request is received in writing to MFA. Written cancellation requests received between January 6 and January 20, 2012, will receive a full conference refund minus a $400 processing fee. No refunds will be made unless the request is received in writing. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Monday, January 20, 2012. All cancellation requests will be processed and credited after Network 2012 concludes. |
